Beef Ragout (16 oz)

This slow cooker recipe may require a bit more effort than others since the meat needs to be browned first, but it is well worth it.

First, we make a vegetable sauce where we brown the meat and then we cook it together with the tomato for 4-5 hours.

Then the meat is removed, and we obtain a sauce with an explosion of flavor that you will not forget.
