Lasagna is one of my all time favorite pasta dishes.

In this Eggplant Lasagna, eggplant replaces the pasta sheets creating a cheese, tomato and beef delight that is low-carb and so delicious that you will never miss the pasta.

Heat and gratin in the conventional oven.


Preheat your conventional oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the plastic lid and cover it with aluminum foil (the container is for a conventional oven). Bring the lasagne to the preheated oven straight from the freezer. Heat for 45 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and grill until golden brown.
